Henry Merton (pictured above, centre right) joined the team in November 2025 as a graduate surveyor. He now works alongside fellow graduate surveyor Seb Mehjoo (pictured above, far left) and associate Max Fellows (pictured above, far right).

They were all hired by Arthur Morgan (pictured above, centre left) who joined the business to grow the team in late 2023.

In that time, the team has overseen a number of sales and acquisitions of land with planning permission.
